Mindful Eating
Considering the fact that more than two-thirds of the adults and one-third of the children in the US are overweight or obese, it’s odd that there’s still so much social pressure to eat. It’s no wonder we grow up associating food with love, especially the rich, sweet, fatty foods we tend to celebrate with.
